Christiana Care is recruiting an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Employee Health team at the Newark campus. This is a full-time Monday–Friday position with no weekend or holiday commitments. On-call is 7-8 days per month, overnight from home.
The role performs pre-employment and annual physicals, orders labs and imaging, and handles return-to-work assessments. It supports workers' compensation monitoring, wellness program development, and on-site education initiatives.
