Christiana Care is hosting a Nurse Residency Open House at the Newark Campus for graduating December 2026 or sooner. The 26-week Emergency Department Nurse Residency Program combines classroom and clinical experiences, with supervision by experienced ED nurses, leading to a staff nurse position in one of three EDs upon completion.
Applicants should graduate before March 2027 (BSN preferred), be eligible for Delaware RN licensure, and hold BLS certification.
