Christiana Care's Newark Campus is seeking an experienced RN to join its Emergency Department Fellowship Track. This paid program trains RNs with 1 year of Med/Surg or Step Down experience to transition into ED practice.
Through didactic sessions, hands-on rotations in trauma bays and critical care pods, and mentorship from ED nurses, you will gain competency to work independently in the ED. Shift options include overnight coverage.
