Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite. You will ensure patient safety and continuity of care under a physician's plan of care.
You will organize direct care, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the clinical team. Requires RN license in practice state and CPR certification; 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Travel up to 100% is expected.
