Registered Nurse II, Outpatient Neurology- Newark

Christiana Care is currently a seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse II for our Outpatient Neurology Practice located at 200 Hygeia Drive in Newark, DE. This position is one of a team of seven nurses. In this role, you will be the primary support nurse for our two General Neurology providers and four Advanced Practice Clinicians. You will also provide cross coverage support to other subspecialties within Neurology.

This is a high-volume practice with 16 Physicians, 11 Advanced Practice Clinicians, and growing!

May also be required to travel to our other outpatient locations as needed for coverage.

At Christiana Care's outpatient neurology practice, our neurologists partner closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans that support living well with neurological conditions. Our team is trained to help patients effectively manage current symptoms, recognize and address new concerns, and receive the appropriate treatment at every stage of their care. Through ongoing monitoring and a compassionate, collaborative approach, we are committed to helping each patient achieve the best quality of life possible.

Outpatient Neurology | Christiana Care

• Monday-Friday, day shift (8am-4:30pm preferred)
• No weekends or holidays

• Provides triage and patient education
• Facilitates medication refills
• Care Coordination

• A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license or eligible for licensure in the state of Delaware.
• Two years of experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years.
• BLS certification required.

Hourly Pay Range: $38.22 - $61.16

This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
