Christiana Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join 6B Medical Unit in Wilmington, DE, working three 12-hour night shifts per week with a 20% shift differential. External candidates may receive a 20K sign-on bonus. The unit cares for adults 18+, with a 5–6 patient load and a charge nurse coordinating daily assignments.
The ideal candidate will hold Delaware RN licensure (or compact state), preferably BSN within 3 years, and have at least 1 year med/surg experience. BLS is required.
