Christiana Care – Newark Hospital is seeking an RN Case Manager for the Weekend Incentive Program (WIP) on the Day Shift. You will coordinate patient care, drive progression, and develop discharge plans within the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include active DE RN license or compact, BSN, 2 years acute care, and CCM within 18 months. Weekend schedule, 3 of 4 weekends, with additional Friday shift and rotating holidays.
