The Christiana Care Nurse Residency Program:
Progressive Care Track is open for multiple start dates and targets new graduates and nurses with less than one year of experience. The program provides structured, accredited training and preceptor-led experiences on intermediate or transitional units in Newark or Wilmington, with ongoing mentorship and a two-year commitment after hire.
