- Conducting quality checks on finished products (e.g., cut to size, weight, appearance, odor)
- Checking the success of cleaning and disinfection
- Checking industrial hygiene
- Training colleagues on hygiene and quality
- Monitoring production processes with regard to compliance with hygiene regulations, recipes and process parameters.
- Conducting visual inspections and measurements.
- Identifying and reporting deviations.
- Providing work chemistry on washing equipment
- Assisting with root cause analysis and developing corrective actions.
- Documenting results
- Creating and maintaining quality control records, reports and documents
- Preferably completed vocational training or comparable professional experience in the food industry
- Readiness for shift work and different temperature ranges
- Resilience, ability to work in a team, high level of commitment
- Independent, goal-oriented and reliable, precise way of working as well as documentation
