Quality Control Technician Job Details:

Schedule: Night Shift 6:45pm-6:30am
* rotating 12 hour shifts with every other weekend off
* Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

As a Quality Control Technician, you will perform chemical and physical testing using equipment such as pH meters, analytical balances, and SPIN meters. You'll prepare standards, investigate product issues, interpret data, and support continuous improvement across the department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys laboratory work, values precision, and thrives in a supportive team environment.

Quality Control Technician Job Description:

• Conduct chemical and physical testing of SPIN disk products.

• Prepare reagents, standards, and vats for daily testing.

• Perform start-up, hourly, and vacuum testing on disk samples.

• Investigate customer complaints related to SPIN products.

• Analyze data and make reagent adjustments as needed.

Quality Control Technician Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelors degree;
  Biology or Chemistry background

• Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and stay focused during 12-hour shifts.

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Works and Excel.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work overtime when needed.
