Remittance Processing Specialist - Equipment Operator - 1st Shift

Shift: 1st, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

• Perform basic to intermediate‑level remittance processing tasks under close supervision.
• Operate mail extraction equipment (I‑Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30/40/50/51, Falcon) to group work into processable batches.
• Open envelopes, extract transactions, batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructions.
• Perform basic transaction sorting and decision‑making.
• Conduct quality reviews on all outgoing items, including HIPAA clients.
• Prepare outgoing packages for low/medium complexity remittance customers.
• Generate daily reconciliation and billing reports.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to job‑related equipment.
• Maintain performance output and accuracy in accordance with client and department standards.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Strong reading skills and ability to make basic decisions.
• Detail‑oriented and quality conscious.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and off‑shifts.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to change and willing to learn new processes as the business evolves.
• Must meet the company's established minimums for productivity and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
