Introducing Rezedent, the simplest Property Management Platform for small to mid‑size property managers, independent landlords, and renters. It offers a full feature set including maintenance, a secure online payment portal, and a social component for tenants.

Position:
Business Development Account Manager (RezX) – the role focuses on evangelizing, promoting, and signing up small to mid‑size property managers, independent landlords, and renters for  online tool suite.

• Farm and hunt new business opportunities with small, mid‑size, and independent landlords.
• Demo the tool to prospects.
• Sign up property managers.
• Assist property managers in adding properties and activating them.
• Ensure property managers complete legal entity and merchant account setup.
• Manage unit data entry: resident emails, rents, late fees, etc., using provided templates for larger properties.
• Maintain relationships with property managers and integrate them into the Customer Success team.
• Maintain contacts in assigned Rezedent Hub Spot account.

• Interest in Property Management, Real Estate, and Software as a Service.
• Upbeat, energetic personality.
• Go‑getter: ambitious and proactive in approaching new people.
• Reliable and team‑oriented.
• Some sales experience or willingness to learn; ability to explain Rezedent’s unique value.

This position can be worked remotely. Applicants in the Newark, DE area and University of Delaware may attend face‑to‑face interviews on 7/27 and 7/28.
