Project Coordinator – Toxicology

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 6‑month contract position at a research facility in Newark, DE.

Pay Rate

$25-35/hour

Location

Newark, DE (research facility)

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Overview

In this role, you will manage project requests, coordinate with stakeholders, update study timelines and data in planning tools, and ensure efficient and timely execution of mammalian toxicology studies.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage requests in a shared project management inbox, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate study initiation and completion.
  • Support the Project Excellence Team Leader by maintaining up-to-date study timelines, milestones, and project data within various electronic planning tools.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between scientific, regulatory, and operational teams involved in mammalian toxicology studies.
  • Assist with data entry and organization to ensure the integrity and compliance of master project schedules, including updates on study statuses and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision‑making skills while modeling a proactive work ethic and positive team spirit.
  • Leverage project management experience in a laboratory setting to efficiently address and prioritize support requests, while providing clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in a laboratory setting.
