As a Director, you play a crucial role in the restaurant's overall success by overseeing essential facets of the business that drive food safety, quality, and profitability. • Collaborate with back-of-house and front-of-house staff to ensure consistent adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Guide and mentor team members to implement best practices that minimize waste and optimize food costs.
• Analyze and streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

• Develop and execute strategies to boost restaurant capacity and overall performance, aligning operational goals with marketing initiatives.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with team leaders and staff to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and professional development.
• Partner with the restaurant General Manager/Operator to align personal and departmental goals with broader company objectives.

• Collaborate with the administrative team to set ambitious goals and create strategic plans that drive restaurant improvement and growth.
• Empower back-of-house and front-of-house leadership teams to foster effective communication, keeping all team members informed and engaged with goals and directives.
• Implement training programs for team members to ensure adherence to operational procedures that enhance food safety and product quality.
