Earl Enterprise - 201 West Main Street - Responsibilities:
Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations, clearing and resetting tables, a series of side work assignments, and general cleaning of the work area;
Courteously greet customers and inform of current food promotions and specials, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages;
Take orders, transmit orders to the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and timely service;
Attend to the customer in a speedy, friendly and proper fashion, and correctly collect and process payment including cash out at end of shift;
Stock silverware, containers, garnishes, condiments, and various items; maintain cleanliness of dining areas
