Observes activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity; collects investigative evidence utilizing CCTV and observations from the sales floor.;
Follows AP Directives and Company policy when making apprehensions and documents all stages of investigations.;
Conducts external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft; reports suspected fraud to AP and Store leadership.;
Creates and manages records for reporting apprehension, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise.;
Travels to stores as necessary and supports store leadership in morning meetings to communicate shrinkage and safety topics.
