AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your real self to work every day.

• Manage effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to keep product moving.
• Maintain the Stockroom’s efficiency and productivity by keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and act to correct them.
• Assist team members with non‑stock-related tasks or guest support whenever needed.
• Prioritize safety by following Asset Protection standards and adhering to AEO policies and procedures in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor.
