Position: Guest Experience & Merchandising Associate — Open Availability

The Customer Service Associateoversees and participates inallsales floorand backroom storeactivitiesin addition to maintaining aprofessional manner to ensure maximuminternal and external customer satisfaction.

Responsible for ensuring the security and protection of company assets.

OPEN AVAILABILITY IS NEEDED

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

Follow safety policies and procedures ensuring maximum safety,security,and protection ofall customers andcompany assets.

Perform Counterpoint Point of Sale functions and transactions; ensue safe and accurate handling of all cash drawer funds, media, and Goodwill property; accountable for overages and shortages.

Ensure all merchandiseisdisplayed/stocked in its proper department and in accordance with merchandising procedures. Perform necessary housekeeping duties, including, but are not limited to, cleaning and recovery ofsales floor, dressing rooms and production/processing areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming as needed, maintaining order in all departments, including clothing, domestics, shoes/accessories, wares, books, and furniture.

Responsible to assistas needed in production areas including textiles, WEB and addition, to assisting in accepting donations.

Follow company policy and procedures according to Goodwill Employee Handbook and SOPs applicable to job position.

Ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Work cooperatively with all consumers, community groups, co-workers, and subordinates to promote the achievement of the company mission.

Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

All other duties as assigned (i.e. cleaning, recovery).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Highschooldiploma or GEDequivalentpreferred,along with aminimum of1-3 monthsofrelatedexperienceand/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
