As an Asset Protection Outlet Associate you will help protect store assets and maintain a safe shopping environment at the Christiana outlet location. You will monitor the sales floor and loss prevention systems, investigate incidents, and support operational compliance. The role requires strong observation, clear reporting, and collaboration with store teams and local authorities when needed.

• Monitor sales floor, exits, and surveillance systems to deter theft and unsafe behavior.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and prepare reports for management.
• Conduct periodic audits, inventory checks, and exception reporting.
• Collaborate with store associates and management to implement loss prevention procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist with apprehensions and coordinate with local law enforcement when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail loss prevention, security, or related experience preferred.
• Strong observational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods; ability to pass a background check.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
