Retail Sales Associate – Part Time, 458 Christiana Mall, Newark, DE

You will engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in product knowledge and use this to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit the customer.

Offer information on current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events; execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Bring the brand to life for customers while building brand loyalty and delivering with productivity. All associates become experts of the brand’s selling behaviors and use them with every customer interaction.

Assist customers: locate merchandise efficiently, answer questions quickly and accurately; offer style and outfit suggestions using mannequins and displays.

Promote loyalty programs and leverage omni‑channel offerings to deliver a frictionless experience.

Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back‑of‑house processes as required. Respond courteously and professionally to internal and external requests.

Use technology effectively to communicate with customers and the team; meet goals and continuously improve.

Handle customer interactions and potential issues with courtesy and professionalism.

Basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.

Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.
