Sales Associate – Part‑time, hourly (NYC) with a wage rate of $15.00/hr

• Provide a friendly, energetic store experience that keeps customers returning
• Share current trends, promotions and product information with shoppers
• Assist customers in locating merchandise, facilitating purchases, and answering questions
• Support team members to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
• Collaborate with the store team to meet sales, stock, and service objectives
• Participate in visual merchandising activities and store reset tasks

• Passion for fashion, brands and emerging trends
• Retail experience, preferably in fast‑fashion environments
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive results as part of a group
• Basic knowledge of retail principles such as sales, stock management and service delivery
• Understanding of visual merchandising concepts and their impact on sales
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem‑solving abilities
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Minimum age 18 years

• Move throughout the store during shifts
• Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Squat and kneel to access under‑storage bins and perform visual resets
• Use ladders, step stools or raised platforms safely to complete tasks
