Part Time Key Holder - Cotton Christiana Mall

Job Summary

We’re hiring Key Holders to manage store operations, deliver excellent customer service and inspire our community to enjoy fashion and self‑expression.

• Open and close the store following company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report unusual activity.
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Collaborate and work as a team towards common goals.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate others.
• Act respectfully toward customers, managers, and peers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year of retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of retail leadership/management experience.
• Experience in retail, preferably fast‑fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team.
• Understanding of basic retail principles: sales, stock, service delivery.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Move around the store throughout shift.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Squat/kneel regularly to access under‑storage bins or visual resets.
• Use ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely.

Part‑time hourly paid: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour.
