YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Drive sales as a key LOD, maximizing Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty with a best‑in‑class in‑store guest experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, holding associates accountable to service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent, ensuring the store is always staffed to meet business needs; train and develop associates to maintain outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• Challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
• Innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure Fitting Rooms are always guest‑ready and reflect AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and act with integrity.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail management experience leading teams.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and priority‑setting skills.
• Business acumen.
