Your role at Jared Jewelers:
The Inventory Control Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory quantities/dollars of Signet’s assets. Thru cycle counting/researching on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity to ensure the inventory on-hand amounts are correct to replenish stores and fulfil customer online orders. Correct inventory discrepancies and preform root cause analysis on such discrepancies to eliminate future issues. Review and advise of proper processing of merchandise transfers and miscellaneous receipts.
Responsibilities:
Cycle Counting / Researching Current On-Hand Inventory for Accuracy to Fulfill Store Replenishment and Customer Orders.
Correcting / Reviewing DC and Store (DC Related) Inventory Discrepancies. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to Report/Recommend Corrective Action to Eliminate Future Discrepancies.
Ensure Proper Processing of Inventory Transfers and Miscellaneous Receipts. Assist and/or train in Proper Inventory Movements.
Develop Business Relationships with External and Internal Customers/Team Members/Management for an Understanding of All Merchandise Billing Locations, Processes and Procedures.
