YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, a keen eye for merchandising, and strong attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Passion for brand standards: you are a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Stockroom is your home base: you master keeping the Stockroom efficient and productive by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative: whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, devise a plan, and act to correct it.
• Teamwork: you are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance.
• Integrity: safety standards are a priority, both in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor; you follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
