David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to join the alterations team. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring a five-star customer experience. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and works to deliver exceptional service while maintaining store standards.
Basic education is required with 1–2 years of retail experience; prior sewing experience is helpful and a computerized POS system is used daily.
