As a Core Staff Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, exceed sales goals, and support store operations in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills showing care and empathy.
• Ability to engage and charm an audience at all levels.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide  eligibility to work.
• Must be willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50 + pounds.
• Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks up to 21 hours (maximum 30 hours per week).

Base weeks: up to 12 hours per shift. Peak weeks: up to 21 hours (maximum 30 hours per week). Hourly rate: $15.00–$17.60, commensurate with experience.
