Are you a self-starter with high energy, unstoppable drive, and a passion for closing deals? We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Making outbound calls and responding to inbound leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
- Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Managing and tracking your sales pipeline
- Closing deals and crushing goals
- High-energy, motivated, and results-driven personality
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Previous sales experience is a big plus – but not required if you're hungry to learn
- Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
- Commission and Bonus Structure with uncapped earning potential
