About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and highly skilled Account Executive with a strong background in new logo acquisition and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. In this role, you’ll work independently while having access to an experienced team for escalation and collaboration. You will uncover pain points, run consultative sales cycles, and close complex IT service deals to acquire net-new recurring revenue customers.

You’ll work closely with technical teams to shape impactful solutions and ensure a seamless transition into onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Logo Acquisition
    • Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities
    • Develop a healthy pipeline using outbound, inbound, networking, partners, industry events, and referrals
    • Engage in multi-channel outreach (calls, email, Linked In, events) to drive meetings and generate opportunities
  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
    • Run structured discovery sessions and needs analysis with Executive stakeholders
    • Guide prospects through Cloud Scale
      365’s value proposition and competitive differentiation
    • Collaborate with Engineering to design right‑fit MSP offerings
    • Build proposals, negotiate terms, and close new recurring revenue contracts
  • Territory Strategy and Execution
    • Build and execute a territory plan with targets, verticals, and activity KPIs
    • Leverage CRM for account planning, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy
    • Maintain strong competitive awareness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Operations, and Leadership to optimize the sales motion
    • Ensure smooth handoff to Onboarding and Account Management
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 plus years B2B sales experience (MSP or SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing net‑new business
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline creation skills
  • Ability to articulate IT and MSP services:
    Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking
  • Experience selling into SMB and mid‑market
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills
  • CRM proficiency (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in‑person customer meetings (as required)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience welcomed
