About the job:

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for empowering Graphisoft's sales organization with the training, tools, and resources needed to effectively engage customers and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on creating world-class onboarding experiences for new hires of both direct sales and channel partners, maintaining continuous learning programs, and ensuring our sales teams remain sharp, informed, and productive throughout their tenure across global markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires (AEs, SEs, BDRs, AMs) and their channel partner equivalents.
  • Create role-specific learning paths in LMS combining product knowledge, sales methodology, and processes.
  • Develop 30-60-90 day onboarding plans with clear milestones and certifications.
  • Manage enablement platform for direct sales including user provisioning and content organization.
  • Build interactive learning modules with assessments, role-plays, and certifications.
  • Curate sales and marketing content into structured training experiences.
  • Create microlearning campaigns and just-in-time resources.
  • Build ongoing learning curricula for product updates, competitive intelligence, and skills advancement.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards to analyze training performance and correlation with sales outcomes.
  • Develop CRM training programs covering usage, data hygiene, and best practices.
  • Create dashboards tracking enablement status, certification levels, and performance.
  • Host office hours and Q&A sessions across global time zones.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to address performance gaps.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles in B2B software/technology (direct sales experience a major plus).
  • Understanding of B2B software sales processes and buyer journeys.
  • Strong CRM experience including building reports and dashboards.
  • Strong instructional design, presentation and content curation skills.
  • Very strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent presentation skills for global sales audiences.
  • Proven adoption and use of AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation.
  • Ambition to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility.
  • Self-directed with customer service orientation to sales teams.
  • Experience with learning management systems is a plus.
  • Previous quota-carrying sales experience is a major plus.
  • Background in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus but not essential
  • Learning design principles and certification program development knowledge is a plus.
  • Sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, Solution Selling) knowledge is a plus.
  • Video-based training and microlearning content creation experience is a plus.
  • Additional European/Asian languages are a plus.
  • Data analysis skills for enablement metrics are a plus.
