Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Newark, DE office. This is an in‑office role; remote work is not available. Success in this role will require building and leveraging a strong local network and establishing in‑person relationships within the community.
Schedule and CompensationSchedule:
Full‑time.
Salary range: USD $55,000 – $65,000. Total first‑year compensation can range from $55,000 to $75,000 with uncapped commissions and potential to exceed $100,000 for top performers.

- Charismatic people person who enjoys helping communities stay safe and secure, cultivates new relationships easily, and has superior influencing skills.
- Previous experience in a sales role converting prospects into customers.
- State insurance license or willingness to obtain one in Property & Casualty and Life.
- Effective written and oral communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
- Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.
- Uncapped pay including base salary and bonuses.
- Renewal commissions and additional earnings each year.
