The Sales Account Executive plays a key role in driving People Share’s growth within the Newark market. This role focuses on building strong business relationships, expanding local market presence across Northern Delaware and the Greater Wilmington area, and partnering closely with our recruiting team to ensure exceptional client service. You will manage an active book of business, develop new opportunities, and represent People Share as a trusted staffing solutions partner.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a targeted portfolio of clients and prospects across Northern Delaware and the surrounding region.
- Conduct regular on‑site client visits to strengthen relationships and deliver strategic, tailored service.
- Drive market presence through daily inside sales outreach, outside cold calling, networking, proposals, and customer engagement.
- Develop a strong understanding of People Share’s full suite of staffing solutions to present confidently and effectively.
- Research customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to support their workforce goals.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers through creative, proactive sales strategies.
- Consistently exceed activity KPIs and revenue goals.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.
- Sustain ongoing personal sales production while managing an active pipeline.
- Keep detailed, accurate documentation within People Share’s systems and CRM tools.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- Comfortable with consultative selling and confident making cold calls, including door‑to‑door prospecting.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and driving consistent sales results.
- Proven ability to network, build partnerships, and develop productive referral channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C‑level engagement experience.
