Roto-Rooter seeks Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department. We offer a sales professional with pre‑qualified leads from field service technicians and call centers, allowing focus on outside sales without cold calling.

• Unlimited earnings, average $55,000‑$75,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement.
• Weekly base pay plus commission.

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to identify root interruption or breakage and determine need for repair or replacement.
• Proactively follow up with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing or water‑related solutions.
• Leverage established pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Serve as a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficiency with handheld telecommunication devices; comfortable with Word, Excel, and Roto-Rooter computer systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Plumbing experience not required.
• Organized self‑starter with an outgoing personality.
• Strong preference for candidates with outside sales experience in in‑home services; all outside sales backgrounds evaluated.
