Your knowledge and dedication will play a vital role in providing outstanding service and creating a smooth, rewarding experience for each client.

• Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
• Implement PLACE s lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
• Host two open houses each month.
• Transform lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
• Actively participate in all team-related activities.
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
• Provide consultations to sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties.
• Apply expert knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing services.
• Skillfully negotiate deals to favorably represent your sellers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology.
