HVAC Commercial Maintenance Sales – Account Executive
Location:
Newark, DE

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial HVAC market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prospect via cold calling.
- Prepare and present project proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years HVAC sales experience in commercial sector.
- Proven track record of successful sales and client management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license; willingness to travel.
Work Schedule
Full-time, 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday; hours may vary.
