Life Safety Deficiency Sales Account Representative

Lead the sales process for deficiencies identified by Sobieski Life Safety Inspectors, including preparing and submitting quotes, communicating with customers, tracking and following up on open quotes, and supporting project handoff once proposals are signed. Requires proactive customer engagement, meticulous record keeping, regular reporting to management, and collaboration with other sales divisions.

• Lead the sales process for deficiencies identified by Sobieski Life Safety Inspectors.
• Prepare and submit quotes for review.
• Communicate with customers and track/open quotes.
• Support project handoff once proposals are signed.
• Maintain meticulous records and provide regular reporting to management.
• Collaborate with other sales divisions.
• Conduct regular site visits as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales experience in life safety, fire protection, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret inspection reports and translate findings into clear proposals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar systems.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct regular site visits.
