Summary
Starting a real estate career can feel like a guessing game. Most newcomers dive in without a real plan, deal with inconsistent income, and struggle to figure out which actions actually move the needle. At Premier Home Team, we take the guesswork out of it. This role demands commitment, consistency, and real work ethic from day one, but you won't be building it alone.
You'll get a proven roadmap, personalized coaching, systems and technology built to fast‑track growth for new agents. Our culture pushes you to create opportunities instead of waiting for them, and as a Zillow Preferred team, you'll get hands‑on experience with real leads while you're still training. That kind of early, practical exposure builds confidence and consistency a lot faster than theory alone.
