rapport with customers engaging with dealership initial inquires by quickly and accurately answering their questions through trust building responses.other administrative functions include running credit applications and processing transaction paperworkprovide an exceptional customer experience with existing and potential customers through routine value add communicationaccountablilityperformance standards for this position are met when:customer service standards are met and/or exceededsales objectives are met and/or exceededphysical demandsassociate will be required to:remain in a stationary positionmove about the property, including indoors and outdoorsoperate a computer and other office productivity machineryposition self to enter and exit vehiclescommunicate with customers and other staffobserve/identify customers and vehiclesmove/transport up to 20 lbs.work
