HP Retail Sales Representative

Overview

Part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, Newark, DE. Hourly pay $17.00, up to 15hrs/week, Sat & Sun preferred.

• Demonstrate HP products and tailor demos to customer needs.
• Build rapport with customers, creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train in‑store associates on HP products and services.
• Keep displays clean, functional, demo‑ready.
• Report sales, competitive insights, and other activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is organized and presentable.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Prior retail experience or customer service in electronics, tech or wireless preferred.
• Experience with product demonstration or training is a plus.
• Outgoing, tech‑savvy, problem‑solving, customer‑focused.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
