Entry Level Sales Development Specialist

Renuity is seeking an Entry Level Sales Development Specialist to support our fast-growing home remodeling business in Newark, DE. In this on-site role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in bathroom, window, door, and other renovation projects. You'll conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales team. Working in a customer-focused, performance-driven environment, you'll use CRM tools, learn our remodeling solutions, and contribute directly to sales growth while building a long-term career in the construction and home renovation industry.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners to generate interest in remodeling projects
• Qualify leads based on homeowner needs, budget, and project timelines
• Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for the sales team
• Accurately record and update lead information in CRM systems
• Educate prospects on Renuity's remodeling services and value proposition
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and past inquiries
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity and appointment goals
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
