As an Inside Sales Representative at Delaware Express, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth in the travel industry. This full-time position involves booking transportation services, upselling additional services, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.

• Customer Engagement:
  Provide top-notch customer service and solve problems with a smile.
• Reservation Management:
  Book reservations for transportation services, including airport shuttles and private charters.
• Sales Growth:
  Drive sales by recommending additional services and upselling when opportunities arise.
• Customer Follow-Up:
  Follow up with customers, answer their questions, and ensure their trips go smoothly.
