Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 annually

The Translational Medicine (TLM) department of QPS includes three laboratory operations units:
Biomarker Analysis (BMA), Gene & Sequence Analysis (GSA), and Immunobioanalysis (IBA). An Associate Scientist in any of these units will be a fully‑supervised trainee, responsible for gaining mastery of GCP and GDP, conducting assigned studies according to study protocols, and recording study results and observations.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related discipline. No visa sponsorship will be provided; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent or unrestricted basis.

• Perform routine lab operations such as preparing reagents, pipetting, weighing, monitoring, recording, and replenishing supplies
• Assist supervisor in analyzing drug or other targets in complex biologic matrices
• Set up, use, and maintain complex instrumentation
• Document experiment details, calculations, results, and observations in accordance with GLPs and SOPs
• Perform routine mathematical and chemical calculations

This role is 100% office/facility based at QPS.

• Undergraduate degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Pharmacology, Medical Technology, or a related field
• Associate’s degree plus 2 or more years of relevant experience (acceptable alternative)
