• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor communications systems, receive calls for assistance, and dispatch personnel to reported incidents, alarms, and service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, activity logs, and dispatch records with attention to detail, and communicate timely updates to site contacts, supervisors, and/or responding personnel.
• Support lobby, entry, and restricted-area operations by helping to verify credentials, directing visitors, and reporting unusual or suspicious activity according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, noting maintenance concerns, unsecured access points, and other security-related conditions that may require follow-up.

• Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
