Security Officer Communications Dispatcher

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.;
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or other dispatch systems to receive calls for assistance, prioritize incidents, and coordinate the timely assignment of personnel to reported situations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering relevant details and relaying clear information to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency services as needed.;
Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, documenting calls, responses, and unusual activity in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal standards.;
Support security-related operations by monitoring designated areas through available systems, helping to identify unusual activity, and communicating updates to appropriate personnel for follow-up.
