Security Officer - Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Monitor communication systems, receive and relay routine and urgent calls, and coordinate the dispatch of personnel to incidents, service requests, and other security-related matters.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting key details and communicating updates to supervisors and/or site contacts.;
Monitor cameras, alarm systems, and other site technology to help identify unusual activity and support timely reporting and response within the location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting dispatch operations and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and activity records.
