Security Officer Dispatch Officers

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities for a financial institution location;
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, prioritize routine and urgent requests, and coordinate the appropriate response to security-related incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity;
Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and communication records, helping to support accurate documentation, follow-up, and information sharing with site leadership and/or responding personnel;
Use radios, phones, computer systems, and other dispatch tools to relay timely information, track officer status, and help to coordinate coverage for posts, escorts, and incident response needs;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to direct resources, communicate updates, and support regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter as needed
