What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls and radio traffic, and supporting security-related communications at a financial institution location.

* Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communications with on-site personnel, emergency responders, and/or management as needed.

* Monitor cameras, alarm activity, and access-related systems, document events accurately, and relay time-sensitive information to the appropriate personnel.

* Dispatch officers or other designated personnel to routine and urgent situations, maintain detailed activity logs, and communicate updates clearly throughout the shift.

* Conduct regular and random patrol support activities by tracking officer status, monitoring perimeter-related reports, and helping to coordinate responses across the business and surrounding property.

Minimum Requirements:

* Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.

* Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
