Security Officer Dispatch Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial institution location.;
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely routing of security-related personnel to incidents, alarms, and/or assistance requests.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal personnel as needed.;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and activity records, helping to support situational awareness and continuity of operations.;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination for the business and perimeter, helping to support coverage needs as working environments and conditions vary by location.
