Security Officer Guest Services Console

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, assisting visitors, and supporting security-related operations for the location.;
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining front desk logs, and communicating entry procedures to employees and guests.;
Answer phones, greet visitors, and help to direct deliveries, appointments, and/or general inquiries in a professional manner appropriate for a financial services environment.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.;
Support emergency response activities by notifying appropriate personnel, following post orders, and documenting security-related events and/or concerns
