Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.;
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Respond to incidents, critical situations, and/or service requests by gathering key details, prioritizing communications, and relaying information to site personnel, first responders, and/or management as needed.;
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and other records related to alarms, access activity, and/or security-related events in accordance with site policies.;
Help to deter unauthorized activity by monitoring building access points, reviewing reported concerns, and coordinating timely follow-up with on-site personnel and/or supervisors
